The stick contains lipid-replenishing shea butter, anti-inflammatory madecassoside and anti-bacterial zinc gluconate.
It is safe to be used on any part of the body (including the eyelids – a fact I can confirm) thanks to its high-tolerance formula and it’s gentle enough to use on babies from 3 months.
This little stick is an absolute beauty It’s change of season and my allergies are acting up. This means eczema flare-ups on my body and dry patches on my face. La Roche-Posay has provided me with the perfect product to soothe and calm the irritation on contact. It also helps to hide the scaly bits on my face and makes my make-up look a lot better. It is also very soothing for the skin between the nose and lips that gets inflamed because of constant nose blowing. It’s gorgeous for the lips too.
If you take one thing from this review though … as much as I love it for myself, this is an absolute MUST for kids suffering from eczema. The La Roche-Posay Lipikar Stick is easy to use, small enough to pop in a school bag, it doesn’t transfer to clothes and all you feel when it’s applied, is relief. This is definitely something I should try I currently have really bad eczema flare-ups on my eyelids and around my lips thats constantly itchy and burns.
You have to try this! I get a patch under my nose (all the nose blowing) and this definitely helps xx
