Hi Melissa. Have you had any luck contacting them on their Facebook page ? I have been sending messages since December 2020 and nobody replies. I finally posted on their timeline yesterday and now it seems I have been blocked as I cannot access their page. I can’t believe this brand to be honest. I cannot even find a contact number anywhere to take my locket in to get fixed.
