Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Cleanser Review

I have been a fan of Eucerin for years and one of my favourite cleansers is their DermatoCLEAN Cleansing Gel. You can see the review I posted in 2013 HERE. I also love the Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Toner (review HERE) which works like a charm during the warmer months when my skin tends to be quite oily. I’ve often thought of trying the DermoPURIFYER cleanser but I was worried that it might be too drying as it is formulated for acne prone skin. Well, I tried it. And here are my thoughts.

Ampho-Tensides, are gentle yet effective cleansing molecules that work to eliminate excess sebum, dirt and make-up. The Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Cleanser is therefore a soap-free formulation. With 6% Ampho-Tensides it foams as it cleanses resulting in pure, clear skin.

This cleanser is AWESOME. Full stop. I really thought that my face would feel stripped and taught after use, but that is not the case at all. It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and clean. It foams beautifully which I love (my mind tells me my skins isn’t clean if the face wash doesn’t foam; even though I know that’s not true). It also does a wonderful job at removing make up.

Best part… the price. The cleanser retails for R139.99 for 200ml BUT it also comes in a massive 400ml bottle that retails for only R229.99! What a bargain.

The new DermoPURIFYER Cleanser 400ml value pack will last you for ages and it is perfect for daily care if you suffer from skin problems on the back, neck and chest areas. Where was this bottle when I was a teenager?!

The interior is also easy to clean so no worries that a melted choccie or open yoghurt container will completely ruin your bag.

The LoDo Satchel has two exterior water bottle pockets as well as two external pockets with magnetic snap-closure for easy access. The one pocket also has a little strap that you can attach your keys to. That may not sound like much, but Case Logic had me in mind when they added it – no more standing next to the car scratching around for ten minutes trying to find my keys. These guys really pay attention to detail.

My gorgeous graphite Case Logic LoDo Satchel is comfortable to carry, easy on the eyes, big enough to carry everything and made to last. I am super impressed with this bag and know that it will serve me well for years and years to come. Thanks Case Logic!
