Luckily Juliette Armand comes to the rescue with their Vitality Cream Mask. I fell in love with this mask after the first application and it’s no wonder that therapists in Ireland call it the ‘magic’ mask. Juliette Armand Vitality Cream Mask This little multi-tasker is specially design to combat the very elements that cause our skin to look lack lustre and drained. It contains extracts from Seaweed Spiralina with firming effects, as well as vitamins E, C and F. It provides the skin with amino acids and essential fatty acids, for the preservation of its natural moisture balance. Its silky smooth formula is deeply absorbed into the skin, and retains the delicate ingredients to keep working while you enter the land of dreams! I review the Beaucience Skin Renew Serum and you can win a Hamper worth R1 500! (CLOSED)

And the winner is… Belinda Lee Van Zyl! I’ll be in touch shortly. xoxo Beaucience is a local cruelty-free brand who focuses on anti-ageing skincare products for the whole body. Their aim is to minimise and delay the effects of ageing. Beaucience manufactures environmentally friendly products that contain no chemical contaminants (parabens, toxins and synthetic oils) and are lightly fragranced with essential oils. They offer a homecare range consisting of male and female anti-ageing and hydrating products, body care products and a baby range. They also offer shampoo, conditioner and a BB cream. I’m impressed. They also have a full professional range. All their products contain a botanical called Proteasyl which is derived from the pea. This anti-ageing ingredient is unique to Beaucience. I am currently trying the Skin Renew Serum and it is lovely. It contains Eco-certified Green Tea and the essential oils Neroli and Ylang Ylang to rejuvenate and balance the skin. Proteasyl TP restores and hydrates the skin. The serum has a lovely soothing effect on the skin and I can highly recommend it for sensitive skins. I have also been using it on my hands as my eczema has been flaring up causing red, inflamed and scaly patches. It has worked like a charm at calming my skin. Overall the serum has left my skin feeling soft, soothed and looking great. This serum will be a definite winner during the colder months. Retail price: R695  GIVEAWAY! Beaucience has kindly sponsored a giveaway hamper containing a Skin Renew Serum, Hydrating Cleansing Gel and a Beaucience toiletry bag made special for this giveaway. Total prize value of a whopping R1 500 (incl. delivery)....

Beauty: My favourite favourites of 2015

My sister often gets upset with me when I tell her about a product that I love. ‘But you said that one is your favourite?!’ She likes to give me the third degree. I try not to use the word favourite too often when talking about the things I love as there is just too many. There are a few products and services that stood out last year, so I have decided to share my favourite favourites of 2015 with you today. Let’s jump right in… Dermaceutic Mask 15 (and pretty much everything from this brand) If I had to choose just one skincare brand to use for the rest of my life, chances are that Dermaceutic will come up tops. I have raved about Mask 15 many times and I am still amazed by the results. Every. Single. Time. You can read my thoughts on the mask HERE. I have also been using Activ Retinol 1.0 and Turn Over. I will be posting a review on these two shortly. Keep an eye out as these products are amazing. REN Wake Wonderful Night-Time Facial Want to wake up with smooth, bright, fresh-looking skin? Then this product is a must have. I love it. Pop over to read my full review HERE. BABOR New Skin Fluids Ampoule Concentrates FP Love. That is what it is. I used these ampules when I started at home derma rolling and my skin loves it. This product is definitely one of the top 5 best skincare products that I have ever used. Visible results almost instantly. Fresh-looking, plump and radiant skin. I would use these ampoules...
