The oil is suitable to all skin types but I think it will be most beneficial to drier skin types as the oil is thick and heavy. It’s definitely a must-have for winter.

Your child can get 5 a day with a little help from SOLAL

Cara is a picky eater. Add to that her food allergies and sensory sensitivity, and you can only imagine the struggle. Getting her to try new foods is a huge challenge which often ends in tears and a bribe… you gotta do what you gotta do.

Last night was a good one; Cara polished a bowl of chicken, couscous and pumpkin. They day before that she ate a whole banana. Victory!! Those are exceptions to rule I’m afraid. Most days my little girl lives on jam sarmies and Weetbix. And Ouma’s spaghetti bolognese.
