INOAR Extreme Premium Oil Review

I’ve been using INOAR’s new hair oil, Extreme Premium Oil, for a couple of weeks and I am really enjoying it.

INOAR Exttreme Premium OIlIt’s lightweight, non-greasy and smells amazing. It is silicone based and contains an array of oils that calms frizz, nourishes dry and damaged hair, treats split ends and gives brilliant shine. The oils include argan, macadamia and rose imperial oil. What makes this oil extra special is that it contains Myrrh. Myrrh is known for its healing powers and its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitic and astringent benefits.

As I’ve mentioned, it’s very lightweight so it is perfect for all hair types and it does not weigh your hair down. A drop of this oil will be enough to calm the frizzies and the smooth dry ends. I use a bit more as my hair is very dry (highlights and natural curls will do that). I apply two pumps to damp hair before I apply any styling products. The result is defined, smooth and shiny curls. It also works like a charm when I need extra help to control frizz on dry hair. The results on Cara’s curls are fantastic. Her hair isn’t as dry as mine so I only use a drop on hers. My little girl’s locks form perfectly and the shine of her naturally blonde hair is out of this world. I wish I could get my highlights to look like that. Mom is very envious!

I really like this luxuriously packaged oil and I highly recommend it.

Suggested Retail price: R545.00 (50ml). INOAR Extreme Premium Oil is available exclusively at fine salons and spas nationwide. You can visit INOAR’s website HERE.

On a side note… I have been using INOAR’s BB Cream shampoo and conditioner over the past couple of weeks as well. LOVE! I reviewed samples of this range before. See review HERE. The shampoo is particularly awesome. Really. And when I wash Cara’s hair with it, the gorgeous scent lasts for days.

INOAR BB Cream Range

The moment I saw ‘Beauty Balm’ for hair I knew I had to try it. If you follow my blog, you will know that I am really struggling with my hair and I am on a mission to go from dry and strawy to soft, shiny and healthy.

The INOAR BB Cream range sounded like a perfect range to try as it contains all sorts of natural goodness (like natural oils and omega’s) and I was super excited when I received a travel kit to try.

The range contains high percentages of natural emollients such as Sunflower, Sesame, Linseed, olive and Macadamia and it is rich in Omegas.

The travel kit includes sample sizes of all the products in the range which consists of a shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, oil and treatment. These kits are available for purchase and it’s a great way to give the range a try before investing.

This range is suitable for all hair types and is said to have the following 9 benefits: softness, instant shine, brightness, anti-frizz, easy blow dry, intense hydration, corrects imperfections in hair shaft, restores and moisturises hair naturally and it is sulphate free (therefor keeping treatment and colour for longer).

I need to add number 10: Your hair smells amazing!

The shampoo is sulphate free and fabulous. I am still getting used to a shampoo that doesn’t foam that much (used to love those sulphates and foam). I used this shampoo on both my and Cara’s hair and I loved the fact that our hair felt soft and smooth when I rinsed the shampoo – not hard and stripped (like a lot of shampoos do). After using this shampoo for only a couple of days, I was convinced that sulphate free is definitely the way to go. Our hair is soft, smooth and on the way to be a lot healthier than it is now.  I really love this shampoo.

The conditioner and leave-in conditioner are both very light yet they effectively soften and smooth my hair. My comb also glides through my hair… knots be gone.

The oil is a combination of oils and silicone and beautifully smooths your hair. I was surprised at how light it is, especially since a lot of the hair oils that I have tried feel very ‘silicone-heavy’. This one does not and I think it will be suitably for very fine hair as well.

My favourite is the hair mask. OMW it’s gorgeous! It leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth and my curls form beautifully after I’ve used it. This mask is a must.

At first glance the range looks very pricey, but the bottles (except the oil) are all 500ml, which actually makes it quite affordable for a salon range.

BB Cream Shampoo (500ml) – R420

BB Cream Conditioner (500ml) – R490

BB Cream Leave-In (500ml) – R420

BB Cream Oil (70ml) – R490
