Adventure Boot Camp – how to win a free camp!

By now you should know about my deep love for ABC. I am fitter and more toned since starting and I look forward to every session. Okay, okay. I have to drag myself out of bed at 5:00 on those rainy mornings, but I have not once been sorry that I went.

Solace Therapy in Cape Town

On Saturday I visited Solace Therapy for a Dermaceutic Milk Peel. I will tell you more about this amazing peel soon, but this is just a quick post to tell you more about Solace Therapy.
